Michael P. Zarpas, President
Michael has an extensive background in commercial real estate. Michael’s experience includes serving as top retail producer with GVA Advantis (1989-1995) and Robinson Sigma Commercial Real Estate (now Colliers International) (1995-1999).
In 1999, he founded Global Real Estate Investment, Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in the leasing, sales, acquisition, management, and development of commercial properties in the mid-Atlantic region.
In 2013, he transitioned to S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. focusing on sales, leasing, tenant representation, and development of retail properties in Virginia and North Carolina while maintaining Global as an asset management company for his growing real estate portfolio.
His extensive background as a broker, landlord, tenant, property manager and developer gives him a unique perspective of the retail landscape and the complexities involved in a job well done.
Michael has now turned his attention back to Global full time to pursue his passion for real estate to the fullest.
