Sandy Dwyer, Chief Operating Officer
Sandy is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the business in addition to closely assisting Michael Zarpas with all facets of commercial real estate.
This includes development, investment sales, tenant/landlord representation and buyer/seller representation.
Prior to joining Global Real Estate Investment, Sandy was a licensed Executive Assistant with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. for more than 23 years, where she supported a wide range of brokers specializing in retail sales and leasing, office and industrial sales and leasing, and land sales.
Sandy’s attention to detail and love of the industry shines through in all of her duties and dealings. She is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and North Carolina.
